No. SKYTAL is a P2P-first messenger with E2EE. Calls connect directly between devices when possible, with relay fallback. Messages and files are delivered through the server encrypted.
The server stores and relays ciphertext. It cannot decrypt content. Delivery metadata required for routing may still be processed.
