SKYTAL

Version 2026-08-21 · effective from 21 августа 2026 г. · updated 21 августа 2026 г.

SKYTAL Terms of Use: conditions for access to the messenger, description of the service, and rights and obligations of the parties. Your selected website language does not determine applicable law.

1. Operator and acceptance

SKYTAL service operator: Obedinennaia Kazanskaia Biznes Gruppa LLC (ООО «Объединенная Казанская Бизнес Группа») (INN 1656055260, OGRN 1101690032982), address: 8 Lushnikova St., office 29, Kazan 420034, Russia.

By using skytal.ru, the SKYTAL mobile application, or related services, you confirm that you have read this agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other published rules.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

SKYTAL is a messenger with a P2P-first architecture: WebRTC calls use a direct path when possible; TURN relay may be used when a direct path is unavailable.

Message content is protected with end-to-end encryption (E2EE). The server relays encrypted packets and technical data required for delivery; message text is not decrypted on the server.

Encrypted attachments are processed through the service media layer on the server. SKYTAL is not a fully decentralized system and does not claim that the server does not process delivery metadata.

Features, platform availability, and service scope may change as the product develops.

3. Access and invitations

Access to SKYTAL is provided by invitation. An invitation grants the right to activate an account but does not verify identity, employment, job title, or affiliation with any organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your invitation code, device, and credentials. Sharing an invitation with third parties is at your own risk.

The operator may restrict or terminate access for rule violations, suspected abuse, or other grounds permitted by law and service documents.

4. Payment and agreed orders

SKYTAL provides a protected confidential communication service. Access and payment terms may be agreed individually with a customer, professional, or organization.

An invitation is a technical participant activation mechanism, not a standalone public product with a fixed price.

As of the publication date of this version, public payment on the website is disabled (OFF mode). Supported payment infrastructure (including YooKassa and PLATIMA) exists but is not active for public checkout.

If payment is enabled in future, transactions for agreed orders may be processed through supported payment providers. Payment, refund, and payment-data terms will be communicated separately.

The operator does not store full bank card details on its servers; such data is processed by the payment provider under its own rules.

5. User conduct

You must comply with applicable law and the SKYTAL Acceptable Use rules.

You may not use the service to distribute unlawful content, malware, spam, fraud, threats, infringements of third-party rights, or other conduct described in the relevant documents.

The operator may take response measures including limiting features, blocking a device, or terminating access, subject to legal requirements.

6. Intellectual property

Rights to software, design, trademarks, and other service elements belong to the operator or rights holders. You receive a limited non-exclusive license to use the application for personal or work purposes within the service functionality.

Content you create and transmit through SKYTAL remains yours. You grant the operator technically necessary rights to process such content solely to operate the service (delivery, storage of encrypted data, infrastructure backup).

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". The operator seeks stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all devices and networks, or absolute protection against unauthorized access.

The operator is not responsible for actions of other users, message content they transmit, or data stored on participants' devices.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is limited to amounts actually paid by you in the preceding 12 months (if payment was enabled), or zero if no payments were made.

8. Language of documents

The canonical (original) text of this agreement is the Russian-language version published on skytal.ru.

Translations into other languages are provided for user convenience. If wording differs, the Russian version prevails for determining the operator's intent, subject to mandatory applicable law. Final wording of this clause is subject to operator approval.

9. Changes and contacts

The operator may update this agreement. The current version and date are published on the website. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version unless prohibited by law.
