Account deletion

You can request deletion of your SKYTAL account without reinstalling the app. We process requests manually after verifying account ownership.

  1. Submit the form below with a contact email.
  2. We will send instructions to verify account ownership.
  3. After verification, the account and related active data will be deleted or anonymized.

Certain records (for example, payment and accounting data) may be retained in anonymized form where required by applicable law.
